Acceptable Room, Frustrating Service
long queues unclean room
The room was decent and met basic needs for a short stay.
I was very annoyed, the waiting time for check in was unacceptable. It took almost an hour due to long queues and too few staff, a very bad surprise after a tiring journey. the room wasnt cleaned after the previous guests when i entered the room.

The check-in process SUCKED. There was a HUGE line and only three people working the desk. The room itself had issues. The window seat was peeling and looked to have mildew. The base of the dining table was also sticky and dirty. I REALLY hate it.

smooth check-in clean room convenient service prime location
My stay had a smooth check-in at the kiosk and I quickly got my room keys. I thought the room was good and clean and really matched my needs. Valet parking was easy. It offered a convenient service (something I value greatly). I really liked that the hotel was in a prime location.

The hotel gives direct access to dining areas. I appreciated the ease of getting to different restaurants from my room. This added convenience was wonderful. Breakfasts were good.

The pool area offered space for sunbathing. There seemed to be plenty of room. I noticed a simpler pool suitable under 18 (a nice touch for families). The hotel includes a casino and a shopping center for added entertainment.

The hotel is in a central location on the Strip, very convenient for exploring. The location offered easy access to the Bellagio, placing it close to many attractions (great for sightseeing). A bus stop across the street provided transportation options.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, which improved my overall experience. I found them ready to assist with directions and requests. Their attitude was lovely. The prompt assistance at check-in made everything easier.

disruptive elevator limited room service
I encountered some issues . the elevator noise was quite disruptive. It sounded like a freight train. i also found it inconvenient that there was no morning room service available. It seemed odd for a hotel of this supposed caliber (i typically like to start my day with breakfast in my room).
